The Team

Peter Guimaraens. The Founder

Peter’s family were involved with the Anglo Portuguese wine industry and he split his formative years between the vineyards of the Douro Valley and English schools and Business College.

In 1987 while saving for a back pack trip to Australia he took a temporary job in direct sales with Vorwerk UK.The rest was history. Promoted to sales management after 5 months he broke all records and created a legendary branch office network in the South of England.

In the 90´s he applied his newly found expertise to the family business and created his own wine import and sales company in the UK. This was sold in 1996 and he took his first consultancy and training assignments specialising in direct sales.

Peter has worked in a range of industries but considers the most inspiring assignment was creating a team to sell brand new Malaysian cars to the Australian public using referrals and direct sales !!!

Peter lives in West Sussex with his wife and young family.

Paul Middlebrough

Originally trained by Glaxo as a time and motion engineer Paul worked in UK manufacturing industry for a firm of productivity consultants before starting his own Direct Sales Company in the 80´s.

 Combining sales flair with structured management skills, the results were spectacular and he has since recruited, trained and developed dozens of new sales people who are now business owners or company directors.

Ten years ago he succeeded in applying his direct sales philosophy to Call Centres and the complex world of Telecoms. The results were remarkable.

 He has worked with Direct Sales organisations in USA, Germany, Norway, France, and Spain. Paul is a trainer, a motivator and a fanatic for detail.

Paul is married and they have one daughter. She’s in sales!
